1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ck999 platform and all services included within it. This document forms a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and ck999 ("we" or "platform").

By registering on ck999, or by using any part of the service even without creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. This service is strictly prohibited for minors.

These Terms are published in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation provided by ck999 shall be considered final. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and the most recently published version shall always be in effect.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on ck999, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must register using your own valid identity information.
• One person may operate only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Verification

ck999 may at any time request a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID to verify a member's identity. ck999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to ck999 immediately. ck999 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from failure to keep account credentials confidential.

3 Age Verification and Underage Use

For ages 21+

All ck999 services are for persons aged 21 or older only. The platform takes a strict stance against gambling by minors. If a member is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be considered void.

Parents can use appropriate parental control software to prevent children from accessing this service. Providing false information during the age verification process is a legal offence and will result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ck999 is ৳100. Members can deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, any scheduled bank may be used, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposited funds must come from legitimate sources only. If a suspicious or unlawful transaction is identified, ck999 may suspend the relevant account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same account from which the deposit was made. Withdrawals may be delayed for accounts where verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own separate terms; the specific terms of each offer apply.
• ck999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawing any part of a deposit before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Claiming a bonus is optional; members may deposit without taking a bonus if they wish.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet on ck999 is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault. In the event of a technical fault, ck999 reserves the right to cancel or review the relevant bet at its own discretion.

6.2 Manipulation and Fraud Prohibited

Any form of manipulation, use of software, running bots, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be considered void.

6.3 System Errors

In the case of incorrectly displayed odds, incorrect results, or abnormal payouts caused by software or hardware faults, ck999 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets. Any payment made under faulty conditions is recoverable.

6.4 Responsible Conduct

Members should bet within their means. ck999 encourages members to follow the responsible gaming guidelines. Deposit limits, bet limits, or self-exclusion may be used as needed.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

ck999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Detection of suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering from the account.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Being identified as an underage member.

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time through the support centre. The opportunity to withdraw the verified balance will be given before account closure, unless the closure is due to fraud or a breach of these Terms.

8 Responsible Gaming

ck999 is mindful of its members' mental and financial wellbeing. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Members can set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.

9 Data Protection and Privacy

ck999 handles the collection, storage, and use of members' personal data responsibly. This information is used solely for providing the service, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations.

Members' data and financial transactions are kept secure using SSL encryption technology. ck999 will never ask for a member's password or full payment details by phone, email, or chat.

10 Limitation of Liability

ck999 excludes itself from liability for losses caused by technical issues, disruption to third-party services, internet disconnection, or other unavoidable circumstances. ck999 will not bear responsibility for losses resulting from a member's own negligence or failure to keep their information confidential.

ck999 always aims to provide a safe and uninterrupted service; however, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events. Members will be informed in advance where possible.

11 Right to Amend Terms

ck999 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified appropriately before changes take effect. If a member does not agree with the revised Terms, they may request closure of their account. Continued use of the service after any change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Promotional offers, bonus rates, and payment limits may be changed separately and shall be considered part of these Terms.
